Crafty Squirrel
Hi All,
It's Marjolein here with this super cute squirrel. I have a lot of crafty friends and knitting and crocheting is very populair in Holland right know. So this digi image is one I can use for many cards....
The image is called Crafty Squirrel and is designed by Miss Rach for Whimsy. You can find the image HERE in the Whimsy Stamp Store. Because of the cute image, I kept the rest of the card very clean and simple. Hopefully I did inspire you with my card, wishing you a crafty weekend!!!!
Hugs,
Marjolein

Fall Maples Leaves
Hello - MichelleO here today to show you a card I did for the challenge - I wanted share how fun the new artist is -
AshlanValor Tangles - you can see all of her new images HERE. I used "Fall Maple Leaf" I printed three leaves - and colored with my Copics. (colors below) I then printed out a sentiment and then colored it with three copic colors I used in the leaves... then blended them. I kept things as simple as I could. Brown card stock base. Olive Green card stock sanded. I doodled the lines around the edges.
Then went to work on my leaves again - I love this technique... and these leaves really sparked the dusty cobwebs in the back of my brain to pull it all out. I cut out the leaves after colored. I press them upside down onto the VersaMark stamp pad to get them juicy. Then sprinkle with clear embossing powder. Heat... while still hot sprinkle again.... and then one more.... the last time I added just a bit of Iridescent embossing powder for some added sparkle to them.

They become quite hard and have a great sheen to them.

Sweet little witch for this Halloween week
Good morning all
Its Judith Hall here today with my inspiration post this week. As its the witching night this week! I thought I'd stick with the season! -so I have a cute card to share that I made with this lovely little witchy girl
- strangely enough she's called....
Halloween Witchy Girl!
by the lovely Chrisy Armstrong
you can find her here
I coloured her with copics and prismacolor pencils and the papers and all the embellies (except the ribbon and gems) are MME Wicked Merchant Malvado - brilliant for Halloween and Autumn themed cards. There are some gorgeous seasonal digis in the Whimsy Store - Autumn, Holloween and of course Christmas - pop over and take a peek - and don't forget our new release digis coming next week -I've seen them already and you really don't want to miss out!!
hugs Judith x

Hello everyone and a Happy Thursday to you!!
Jacki here today with a card I created using one of Crissy's Digi's adorable image
Snowman Country Cute
Snowman Country Cute
You can find this adorable image here in the Whimsy Stamp store. I went with non-traditional colors
for a soft sweet & dainty feel. Using designer papers by Magnolia , two different styles of lace from my stash and beautiful roses and pearl flourish.
I hope you like it.....
Have a very crafty week!

Christmas Post for Whimsy Digital Images
Well 2 days in a row, I guess I should look at the Whimsy blog before to make sure no one has used this image lately? Oh well, I hope you can handle my version of a Christmas card using this adorable image by Crissy Digi's images called 'The Infant King' which you can find here.
Anyways I was trying to give the impression that the scene was in a stable and the Star of Bethlehem was shining light on the stable to announce that a new king was born.
For complete details, please check out my blog:
